In addition to helping you see well with a prescription for glasses or contact lenses, he investigates the health of your eyes and routinely diagnoses and treats eye infections and ocular ailments such as Blepharitis, “Pink Eye” and Dry Eye Disease.

Dr. Nemeth also monitors secondary eye conditions that may be associated with systemic disease (e.g., diabetes, thyroid disease , hypertension) and may diagnose and refer patients for treatment of Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, cataracts, and suspected neurological diseases.

Dr. Nemeth may provide Lasik and cataract co-management, as well as exams required by the Beaufort County DMV.
